Dear parents and carers,

The penultimate week of the Spring term has come to an end and we only have five more school days before the Easter break, another half-term has flown by. 

Bikeability

It has been great to see our Year Five children complete the Bikeability (cycling proficiency when I was at school!) course this week. I know the leaders have been impressed with the groups and hopefully this will encourage some more of our older children to bike to school. 

Open Afternoon

Thank you to everyone who visited school for our Open Afternoon on Tuesday. I know the children enjoyed showing you their books and the work they have done this year. We continue to consider ways to involve our families with school life and we are already excited about our 'Every Child An Artist' event coming up in the Summer term. 

Communications 

Just a reminder about communicating with your child's class teacher. Please don't use the messaging option on Class Dojo for this. Teachers will not respond to messages sent via that platform and we do not want to miss any communication from you. Please contact us via the school office, you can ring or email, or catch the teachers by their classroom doors at the start or end of the day. Thank you. 

Have a lovely weekend everyone, hopefully no one will get caught in a sudden downpour whilst on their bike like poor Mr. Newton did this morning!
