On Friday 8th November the school celebrated its 25th birthday. All week the children have been taking part in a range of activities and lessons around this big event and on Friday the day was filled with celebrations. Children came to school dressed in 80s fashion, the Mayor joined us for lunch, there was a Year 5 and 6 flash mob dance to thriller on the playground in the morning, Mr Eardley and Mr Marks did a special assembly about the history of the school, we found out which children's ideas for the time capsule had been chosen and classes had parties in the afternoon. It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all. Happy Birthday Orton Wistow Primary School!
